Write your complete name on the top right corner of the first page. Place your completed assignments in the hand in binder on the side book shelf.

You are responsible for missed assignments and class work. This means that you will need to contact me as soon as you can to get an update on material you missed. If you have concerns or special needs that I should be aware of please inform me as soon as possible. If you want considerations (late assignments, etc.) let me know. When you are absent from class for a couple of days speak to me by phone or email.

Be accountable and responsible.
